At Brain Bridge Academy, we strive to provide high-quality, evidence-based courses designed to support educators, families, and caregivers of autistic individuals. Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Purchases Are Final

All sales of courses are considered final once completed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be granted under the following circumstances:

- Non‑accessed package: If you purchase a course but have not accessed or started it, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

- Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same course more than once.

- Technical issues: If you experience a verified technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased course, and our support team cannot resolve it.

3. Non‑Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

- Once a course has been accessed or started.

- Dissatisfaction with content after use (our course descriptions are available prior to purchase).

- Failure to complete the training within the available timeframe.

4. Cancellation

Since Brain Bridge Academy does not offer subscriptions, cancellations apply only to purchases that have not been accessed. After access begins, cancellations are not possible.

5. How to Request a Refund

- Your full name

- Order confirmation number

- Reason for refund request


Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
